Interview
Immediate (24 hrs after applying) interview, panel style first round, one HR/Branch Manager meeting with three potential interviewees. Then the second phase is where you meet the Account Manager and learn what they think about the company. The third phase is another meeting 1:1 with the Branch Manager (doubling as HR)
