Traditional interview process meeting with the recruiter followed by rounds with the team and management. All virtual (it was a remote role). Everyone was engaged, and feedback was quick--within 2-3 days.

Went through a standard interview which from my perspective went very well, and then received zero feedback. Incredible lack of respect for interview candidates. Very unprofessional and I suspect reflects how they treat their employees.
