Interview
After submitting my materials, I was contacted for an initial screening interview with Talent Acquisition. After passing that, I was invited to an in-person interview at a conference with two people in similar roles. After that, I was invited to the final-round interview process, which included three interviews on different topics plus a job talk, where I presented my research.

Tell me about a time when diversity enhanced a project you were working on.
There a panel of 3 interviewers. They asked about my background and how I'll be a fit for the job. They asked some basic technical questions as well as situational behavioral tests. I think prior to the interview they had already made their decisions to hire me.

There was one HR interview and then two separate panel interviews with members of the team. They asked about items on my resume and skills as they applied to the job requirements- normal interview questions
