Smooth but there were mostly question regarding marketing experience related to the job. They were helpful for the candidate who are well sorted. They were trying to pick the best resource out of the market.

3 step process. Step 1: HR interview at Chittagong head office. Asked about me, my family, my future plan, why I'm not going abroad for higher education, why not government job etc. Step 2: Technical interview at Dhaka corporate office. Asked a lot of questions. Mainly about core mechanical engineering - thermodynamics, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics etc. Step 3: Interview with Deputy Managing Director. Only 1 minute interview. They told us that interview time is at 12 pm. We were present at 11:30 am. But we had to wait for 9 hours for an one minute interview. Our interview started at 9 pm. Asked only about me, my father, my hometown and university.
