Quick, straight to the point. It could not have gone any smoother. I think that they already knew they wanted to hire me. Overall very good experience. I would recommend it to any of my friends

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Academy Sports + Outdoors (Easley, SC) in Sept 2017
Interview
It was a basic interview I was asked about my previous employer, education and experience. I was then brought in for what I thought was a second interview but was a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Academy Sports + Outdoors (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was two individual interviews with two different people. The first was in room with other employees and distractions. The second was an one-one in the manager's office. It was easy and generic. However, they said I would have to start at the cashier spot part time. I called them twice and they told me when they would call me back. I never received the follow up calls.
