Good Ol' Boy interview style. Not real structure. If you don't pass the test online, you aren't getting hired. period. Hourly interviews are quick and if they don't offer you same day, you probably won't get the job. Salaried interviews take forever and you could have been working somewhere else in the mean time. I recommend you don't put in your two weeks until after the background check comes back. (it can take forever)
