An HR recruiter will do a phone interview with you and then the dept supervisor will do a phone interview with you. After that you will be called into the office for a face to face interview. It is a lengthy process and it seems that you have to keep on top of them to make sure they get back with you. Not a lot of respect for an applicants time. They should remember they are also competing with other companies for applicants and should have enough respect to keep the process moving along in a timely manner.
