Early Screening calls, Technical Test was good. Staff recognize emphasis on problem solving rather than encyclopedic knowledge. Multiple architectural focused interviews mostly around SOA and distributed systems. Final round interview was mostly discussing motivations for moving, and discussing how the company will be growing and the immediate projects lined up.
