      Interview

The interview process was very professional and impressive. There were multiple conversations with various members of the AP team. Each one felt efficient and necessary. Overall, it was very well conducted.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acceleration Partners (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2021

      Interview

I applied for the Program Strategist position at AP in the middle of October, and received an email asking to move forward with the interview process at the end of November. The process started out with a straightforward recruiter screening call, going over my background, comp expectations, and some of the role responsibilities and team setup, next steps, etc. I was scheduled pretty quickly to have a conversation with the hiring manager. This was a 45 minute video conversation going over my background, my knowledge of the affiliate space, and the hiring manager lobbed a few standard "interview questions" my way as well. The conversation went very well, and I was asked to move onto the next and final round at the end of our conversation. The final round interview was scheduled for an hour, and included the hiring manager who I had previously spoken with, the now Chief Revenue Officer, and a member of the Sales Analyst team. I was given a week+ to prepare for both parts of the interview, which were: 1) Needs Analysis/Intro Call Role Play 2) 120 Day Presentation for Ramp Up The role play went decently, with the team providing immediate and candid feedback regarding my performance, and asking me how I thought it went, etc. I was also asked how I handle criticism, as that is important in learning how to become a strong seller. The remainder of the presentation went well, and at the end I had the opportunity to ask questions to all attendees of the interviewer. All in all it was a hard but very fair and enjoyable interview experience. I felt that the people I was interviewing with were pushing me, but wanted to see me "get it right".

      Question 1

What has been an example of you receiving criticism/feedback, digesting it, and showcasing a more positive outcome because you implemented said feedback?

      Question 2

What are 3 misconceptions that people might have about you?
