It takes 2-4 interviews for certain positions. Preparation is key to pass each step. The interview questions is usually typical. For the EC position after the interview, you might get a written component as well. (such as commenting on a CV)

Why are you interested to work in this type of work?
There are two rounds interview with the company; the first one is phone interview, and another one is in person interview in their office. Interviewers are friendly, and the interview lasts forty five minutes to one hour.
Good, friendly management. Both interviewers seemed open and wanted to make candidates comfortable. Realistic straight forward questions that were directly to do with the role and company missions and values
