Interview
I applied via referral and was contacted within 3 days for an interview. The interview process was very straightforward and less complex. They held the 1st interview 5 days after contacting me. The interview panel consisted of 3 interviewers who were very genuine & friendly. The interview lasted roughly 20 minutes and they asked me for a 2nd interview. The 2nd(final) interview was held 3 days later with the senior managers and HR head. Unlike the 1st interview, they didn't ask many questions but explained the job-related roles & tasks more specifically. Discussions & negotiations based on salary expectations and work commitment were addressed thoroughly.
