I recently participated in an on-campus interview process conducted by ARL, which consisted of three rounds: a technical aptitude round, a technical interview, and an HR interview.
In the first round, the focus was on technical aptitude. The questions were primarily based on React and Node.js, aimed at assessing my fundamental knowledge in these areas.
The second round was a technical interview where the interviewer focused on data structures. I was asked to solve multiple problems and write algorithms related to different data structures, which tested my problem-solving and coding skills.
After successfully clearing the technical rounds, I proceeded to the HR interview. In this round, the questions were more general and aimed at evaluating my communication skills, attitude, and overall fit for the role.
Overall, it was a well-structured interview process, and I’m glad to share that I was selected for the role.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Access Research Labs (Mangalore) in Sept 2023
