I interviewed at Accident Compensation Corporation (Auckland, Auckland)
Interview
The interview process started off with a group meeting team leaders. There were over six of them in the room. It was a bit daunting in the beginning because some of them just didn't smile which did not give a friendly feel at all. There was a group work on assessing a case study which helped eased the nerves and through this process we got some good feedback on the spot. We were then assigned to two team leaders each for the interview. Perhaps all candidates being assessed by the same people would be better as all team leaders may have different styles? After this we had current employers come in to take us through their day which really sold the job to us and that was my favourite part. Overall it was two hours long and did become quite exhausting in the end but meeting the other candidates was a really good part of the process. It is. Very important to be prepared for this interview. There were alot of behavioural questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Accident Compensation Corporation (Wellington, Wellington) in Aug 2025
Interview
Really poor.
Took over two months to hear back. When I did hear back, the lady on the phone was quite cold and dismissive. The interview itself was disappointing too.
