      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accorian

      Interview

I had an interview with the company recently, and while the overall process was smooth, I felt a bit uncomfortable during the second round with the Technical Architect, who asked about my current and expected CTC. I don't think a Technical Architect has anything to do with a candidate’s compensation details, as such discussions are usually meant for HR or the hiring manager. It would be more appropriate if the interview process kept technical evaluations and compensation discussions separate to ensure a more comfortable and professional experience for candidates.
