My interview consisted of a brief sit down to discuss my experience and take a glance at my portfolio. I was then brought in to work on their various projects (pixel pushing) to show competency in the software in which I was paid $10/hr. I asked if I could get a bump in the pay so it was more competitive and the owner met with me to say it was no problem at all and they would work it out. That's when they ghosted me and I saw the job posting relisted.
