If you have good communication skill with good tone. English and Kannada language are must to pass interview in a good way . You should be having convincing skill and build a good rappo while dealing with it

The interview round comprised of two rounds. The first with HR and the 2nd one with the team lead. Both the rounds were very friendly. Both the HR and Team Lead asked me about my previous work experience and appreciated it too. Overall a good interview.

It took more than 10 days to complete the procedure. There was one written exam for JEE advanced and it was easy. After that one faculty demo, where the prof was sleeping and just got up before the demo I guess. No questions, but asked general questions, like if you know or not. Always say yes, because it is going to count a lot. After that there was one student demo which took more than 9 days to schedule. The hr persons does not care about others time. They just schedule and cancel without even confirming. The funny part is there was some interview which was not mentioned in the earlier conversation before anything started. Apparently it had the most weightage I think. They did not even care to tell that.

It had written test which had questions of various difficulty levels, the demo was taken by experts who were experts in subjects, they were very polite and compassionate though, after which a one to one discussion regarding work location and salary package was done. Had a great experience over all as there was no stress but only encouragement during the interview. Thank you
