Ace Handyman Services interview questions

Applied online and was called within a week. Was told 3 interviews - 1 phone interview screen and very preliminary; 1 virtual interview screen with administrator above you; 1 in person interview over lunch to meet with entire staff and then meet with administrator after. Went well.

Owner stated that their previous manager was leaving due to what seemed like too much work for one person to do on their own. And stated that she’s looking for someone who wants to work extended hours (beyond what was posted) and is expected to take work home with them regularly. Seems like they need more than just a manager, but are calling the role “manager” in order to go around paying more than one employee
