Ace Precision Machining Corp interview questions

Two step interview process that included a phone screen first and then an On site interview, both were about an hour in length. I did not receive feedback as to why I was not selected. The company said they went with an alternate candidate yet their posting is still up. Truthful feedback as to why I did not proceed would have been appreciated.

Phone call, then in person. Met with HR then supervisors. Shop floor tour- really clean and organized shop! That's was awesome to see. Employees seemed approachable and friendly during tour.
