Applied online, 2-3 weeks later recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was pointless, recruiter didnt ask no questions about myself, it seemed like i was the one interviewing her which she didnt have the asnwers to most question. Never followed up, received an email week later rejecting me from the role.

Video conversations, prepared writing samples. very efficient process. good follow up. nice people. not for profit. cultural fit could not be determined. the process changed multiple times. fairly significant investment of time
