Applied online, 2-3 weeks later recruiter reached out via email to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was pointless, recruiter didnt ask no questions about myself, it seemed like i was the one interviewing her which she didnt have the asnwers to most question. Never followed up, received an email week later rejecting me from the role.

No questions were asked during the conversation. She provided a very vague overview of the role, and I ended up asking all the questions. Once I mentioned that I was not bilingual, she essentially decided not to move forward with me.
