The interview process is old school and takes a long time. There was an initial phone screen that quickly led to a second interview with the hiring manager. They said if they're serious about candidates, then you'll move to the next round which is a homework assignment (unpaid) and then you'll have to present. Mind you, I had to follow up after I submitted my assignment and I felt like I had to ask a couple times to present the work I spend a lot of time on that was unpaid. I spend roughly 2 weeks interviewing only to be rejected. Very frustrating experience to basically be ghosted and put on hold. I felt like I had to do their job and follow up a bunch of times to hear the status. It was also a very dated interview experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm glad it didn't work out.
