Ackroyd Legal interview questions

I had the first interview with the head of compliance. They made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed the interview and conversation. However… Ackroyd Legal’s recruitment process is extremely shambolic. It seems that they advertise roles frequently with no rhyme or reason whatsoever; there is no real intention to hire candidates. Furthermore, the CEO is hubristic which I feel would clash with most people. The latter point is especially disappointing to discover following a great first interview.

I was weird as the person i was supposed to meet did not come for the interview, instead someone else was sent who did not when know what i was interviewing for
