Acme Services interview questions

Horrendous. 2 rounds of F2F interviews which is fine but let me elaborate my experience real quick. 1st round: I applied through an external source, was told via chat to send my resume. Once I did that, I heard no revert for 3-4 days. Since I was keen on this role, I called up the person via number provided (along with the email), they told me “oh sorry, I was actually so busy with work I forgot to check the applications for this position” ??? What kind of HR Recruiting firm has recruiters like this? Moving on, after informing the person of my availability to come in for an interview next day, they said okay will let you know by 4pm about the time. Fast forward, it’s 9pm and no message from said person. I messaged them again asking them about this and once again they made an excuse saying “Sorry my laptop has not been working for 2 days will quickly align your interview”, at this point I started having multiple doubts about the quality and treatment of employees at this firm. Thankfully, they reverted quickly and my interview happened as discussed. 2nd round: The interviewer was so egoistic and had a lot of attitude. Facial expressions honestly gave off “brat”. I don’t even know what to say, this guy was so bent over about the fact that my specialization (for bba) was in Management and not HR only when I tried to say that BBA core subjects already cover HR he said “toh?” like I’m sorry but maybe some of us want to learn MORE than just HR? Mind you. I have 1 year experience through HR internships at Fortune 500 companies. Anyways, my interview with him was purely unprofessional he spoke “hinglish”, half hindi half english sentences with not a single ounce of seriousness. He was probably annoyed at how straightforward I was with him about my career prospects and education which honestly I’m glad he was because it’s nice to see when someone is bothered by your strength in career planning. He ended the interview by saying “Yaar… focus karlo” and I proceeded by saying “The way you have taken my interview, I will surely focus on never applying to a company like yours ever again.”

It was quite interactive. I learned about this opportunity at a campus job fair. I appeared for multiple rounds of interviews where in I also got the opportunity to interact with the founding members.
