Prior to the interview I was invited to a 'shadow shift'. This consisted of me being shown around the school site and getting to meet some of the young people. I had two staff members present at my interview. They gave me an overview of the company and the school and outlined the job description. They then asked me questions and took copies of my proof of identity. Interview was generally positive and they offered me the job.
