Made it to the second round. They were very transparent on why they weren’t moving forward with my candidacy, which was very refreshing and not something you see! Everyone I spoke to was lovely.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acorns
Interview
Interview process was straightforward - first round with HL and then a second round with a panel. The disappointing part was how transactional the process felt and after not being considered, I asked for feedback and got no response. The email was a cold, disposition template. As a recruiter that interviewed for a recruiting position, I'm discouraged at how they handled that part of the process.
