The interview itself is extremely easy. It was three rounds when I did mine. 2 were with a more senior corporate trainer and a the middle was with my future corporate trainer. No curveball questions, just an explanation of what they do and how I would fit into their culture and workplace. They should push for harder interviews because they really do just take most people, at least at my location.

It has left me with a feeling of exuberance. I know the purpose of the interview is to sell myself, but I was truly sold on the business, the format and ease to grow within the business. Currently I run my own business, and with Acquires format of teaching their employees to eventually run and the in’s & out’s of running a business truly excites me.
