I had several phone interviews. I was invited for a onsite interview. It was fun and engaging. I gave a one hour presentation. I have never heard back from them. Very disappointing. The position was reposted at least 5-6 times.

it was a very long process including the first interview (20min, remote), on site interview including a 40-min presentation, one to one conversations with every team member both in Sweden and US.

First round over zoom with the team leaders and then subsequently a day long interview at their company where you present for an hour followed by one on one interview with individual team members. The interview lasted for almost 6 hours.
