The interview process began with a first-round conversation with the hiring manager to discuss the role and my experience. This was followed by interviews with VPs from other departments to assess cross-functional fit and collaboration. The final round was a conversation with the CEO, focused on company culture, vision alignment, and long-term growth.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Acrolinx
Interview
There is a first interview with HR. After that, there is a technical interview to analyze your knowledge of software design principles and your ability to talk about your technological stack. Finally, there is a long software development test.
I should acknowledge that I didn’t do my best in the last interview, but the interviewer told me that I would receive a message from HR with the final decision from the company. I wrote an email more than one month ago asking about the process, and I received a response confirming that they wouldn’t be moving forward with my application.
It is a little bit sad that after spending almost 5 hours in interview calls, in addition to preparation, the company does not show interest in letting you know that you have been rejected, especially if you are also in other hiring processes at the same time.
Other than that, I recognize that HR, theoretical, and software development interviews are comfortable for the interviewee.

The process was very straight forward - interview with HR recruiter, then hiring manager and 2 adjacent managers (Manager of BDR team and VP of Sales for NA). Set up quickly which was a plus.
