Had an in-person interview, and then a design test with multiple mockups- never heard back until much later and had multiples rounds of trying to schedule a presentation. In the end i took another offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Acronis SCS in Feb 2022
Interview
Applied via Linkedin and got a call scheduled within a week. Scheduling was easy process, and interview was conducted via zoom. Interviewer was direct manager in product and she started out by saying that I was in her favorite candidates. In general, it felt like the interviewer did not have much of an agenda on getting to know me or my skillset. Rather, they had already decided based on my experience that it was a fit. This made me feel like the interviewer was under a lot of pressure to fill the seat and was more interested in filling the role than filling it with the right person. They wanted to move me on to the next process piece, but after reading reviews and finding out that the company was a subsidiary of Acronis and wouldn't really be interfacing with them, I declined.

Question 1
Do you have experience with federal government compliance?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acronis SCS (Providence, RI) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was 4 parts and I felt like it was a great process to learn about the job/coworkers, as well as for them to learn about myself. It was my first time completing a Zoom interview and it felt strange at first but the people helped make it less intimidating.
