I applied online. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Spring, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. It started off with a 20-30 min phone call. If you move on to the next step you will schedule your in person interview. She was really helpful at making sure I was prepared and knew what to expect going into it. At the in person interview they asked me questions about my experience in a role like this, a little bit about myself, a time that I handled a difficult situation and how I overcame it. Once you got through all that, you got a tour of the center. From there, you spent 15 mins shadowing someone. It was great because it really gives you a feel for how the day to day operation would like. You had time to ask questions as well. All in all it was one of the best interview processes I have ever been through. On top of that everyone was SUPER nice. Def glad I got hired because this is a place I can see me growing long term.
