Interview
First was contacted to schedule virtual interview with recruiter. Was asked about my experience and why I wanted to work at ABC. The recruiter asked to schedule an in person interview at the clinic I would be working at. Interview was conducted by operations manager and a BCBA. Asked about my job history, experience, and we discussed the job details. I got a tour of the clinic, got to shadow the other RBTs and meet the kiddos. Last part of the interview was three questions recorded on video and operations manager discussed next steps. Job offer was sent the next business day.

It is in person and the operating manager is super nice. The company offers a lot of benefits but as of 2 months in they are not following through it is a benefit that they pay for training so that is nice.

The interview was non-structured and conducted by the operations manager. The interviewer asked open-ended questions like "why do you want to work here at action behavior?" She also asked background questions related to my resume. I was also provided information about company benefits, the training process, and given a tour of the facility. The last part of the interview included direct observation by a BCBA while I briefly interacted with one of the clients.
