I had a positive experience interviewing with Action1. The process was professional, respectful of my time, and well organized overall.
The interviews focused on understanding my background, technical experience, and how I approach problem-solving in real-world scenarios. The interviewers were knowledgeable, courteous, and created a comfortable environment, even when discussing technical topics. While some questions touched on areas I hadn’t used very recently, the conversations felt fair and reasonable, and there was room to explain context and past experience.
Communication throughout the process was clear, and expectations were set appropriately regarding timelines and next steps. I appreciated the straightforward approach and the opportunity to speak with people who were genuinely engaged and thoughtful.
Overall, the interview process felt candidate-friendly and professional, leaving me with a positive impression of the company and its culture. Unfortunately, I was very sick with the flu during my interview and had to end it because I had a horrible headache and wanted to lie down. I didn't even answer a couple of questions because I could not think. I said "I don't know" when I did know, but could not put the words together.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Action1 in Sept 2025
Interview
After applying, HR will reach out to schedule your first interview. This will be with the sales manager. If you make it to the second interview, this will be with the VP of Sales, and lastly, the third interview is with the sales manager and HR to do a cultural fit check. All in all, standard questions on all rounds of the interviews. Nothing out of the ordinary here!
