It is very simple. Ask the very basic questions. For example:Tell me something about yourself. What's the earliest time you can work here? The interview process:First, the HR interview, then the fiance management and last is the manager.

I submit CV to recruiter, after three week I received the e-mail to arrange background testing: IQ testing, background checking and interview with 2 - 3 managers, and finally, interview with HR to handle the contract.
