We normally get back to applicants in a timely manner, I apologize if there was a delay. We try to find a fit, especially after the in-person interview and as you can imagine, sometimes that takes more time. Unfortunately it doesn't always work out in the end for an applicant. We wouldn't reject an individual like that unless they really need an answer and we didn't want another weekend to go by for that individual.
I'm really sorry you feel this way. Our team takes these reviews seriously and we will discuss if any changes can be made in our process.
