I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Acumen in May 2020
Interview
Applied online, received a writing test two weeks later;
It took them one month to schedule a phone interview after receiving the writing test.
The whole process took forever and it sounded like they don't really need anyone at this time since the position is open all the time. The interview was easy, but not pleasant. It was a waste of my time.
Hi, we're sorry to hear your didn't have a better interview experience. We value your feedback and will certainly keep it in mind as we are always working to improve our interview process.

Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.
