The interview process started in January when they asked me to submit a writing sample and my transcript. From there, there was a data analysis assignment with one week to complete it. It was relatively simple, and the next round consisted of a phone interview to go over the thought process behind my answers. The interviewer told me it might take a month to hear back after this round, but I got an email the very next day that I would be advancing to the next round, which would consist of a logic test followed by 3 back-to-back interviews. The test reminded me of GRE questions, and the interviews consisted of behavioral and technical questions. I was told that I would be notified of a decision after a month, as COVID has delayed their hiring processes. A month later, I got a notification that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy. The experience was okay and I learned from it, but it is a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of time wasted to just hear "no."
