I applied online. I interviewed at Acumen Solutions in Apr 2021
Interview
Pre screen with recruiter, a quick tech assessment that is VERY easy for anyone who knows programming. Then you have a meeting with a manager and 2 programmers to chat about it and your technical background. Then the last round is behavioral and they have one person you can just ask questions to.
Also, I was up front about being non-binary but the manager I talked to kept referring to me as "man". It felt disrespectful.

Question 1
Why did you do X on your assessment? Polymorphism, interfaces vs abstract classes, etc
Overall it was a straightforward process. Most questions were reasonable. All the interviewers were generally friendly and easy to talk to. Needed to talk to multiple people during the day.

Question 1
Tell me how you use the SOLID in your work or coding.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Acumen Solutions in Dec 2018
Interview
Only got to the initial screening process. Interviewer asked about previous projects, work experience, and other behavioral questions. Had I proceeded, would've been given a programming assignment and technical interview. The last step in the interview process would've been a face-to-face interview (travel expenses paid). The interviewer was kind and responded promptly. The company itself seemed like a great place to work. They seem to care greatly for their employees and give back to the community.
