4. A long interview with developer, manager and future colleague. It has technical questions and behavirol questions
First Phone interview with hiring manager to have a overall backend ground check, general tech questions.
Online code challenges.
Onsite interviews with the hiring manager and teams to evaluate tech skills and team matching.
