There were 3 stages in the interview process. The first stage was a HR manager screening, the 2nd stage was with the hiring manager and lastly a presentation needed to be prepared and presented as part of a panel interview.

Interview
I had 3 stage interviews only to be told I was not a suitable candidate. I felt this was a very bureaucratic and unnecessarily prolonged process that they should have picked early in the process if I was the right candidate.
