Interviewed by Technical Architect and another Team Lead. Both were late. The format was very dry with no formal introductions. The format was tecnical questions and going through or rather "ripping apart my past experiences", insulting the projects I had worked on, including comments like "meh, this is easy, not real projects you have worked on" As a polite candidate, I carried on and an hour later no explanation of the actual role or Adazzle products/tech stack or company culture was explained. Decided not to ask any questions. Rude and arrogant! Adazzle need a HR team or proper recruitment process in place!
