I recently interviewed for a UX role. The initial conversation focused on my technical portfolio and general qualifications. The interviewer was informative about the position, which required a passionate, dedicated individual with broad UX skills in a fast-paced demanding environment. While they promised opportunities for growth and professional development, the interview took a turn, delving into personal details about my family and relocation plans. Despite submitting a follow-up email as requested, I never received a response.
