The interview process was pretty straightforward. A virtual meeting and an in-person meeting with the CFO, and a tour of the facility. For my in-person interview, I was left outside even though they knew I was waiting. A woman saw me waiting outside in the cold for too long and let me in to wait inside. I regret the in-person interview (it was a waste of my time), no respect at all!!! The CFO asked me questions about my former positions, but when I explained the roles, of course, he knew better :) not saying they used the right term to describe a task, but it was the term that was used!!! The position in itself was of interest to me, particularly because of the opportunities for advancement. As an accountant, what matters to me is being challenged, and I was ready! I had my plans, and I was going to present them. However, as the interview progressed, I sized up my interviewer and lost all desire to work under him, and I just stayed quiet while he was being him (not that he gave me the chance to talk) :) There are some companies I will consider applying to again in the future; this one is not one of them!!!
