It wasn't the interview itself, it was the ghosting afterwards. I expect (but not like) ghosting at application stage, but once you get to interview stage of any kind, ghosting is never ok, it's unprofessional.

Straight forward application and procedure outside of LinkedIn Easy Apply - a real plus! Team were friendly and approachable on the screening call. Past that point communication was patchy, then the job reappeared on LinkedIn.
