The recruiter was part of Syneos Health broadly and wasn’t super tuned into Addison Whitney specifically. Recruiter call was fairly high level, then a 1-1 interview with manager, then a presentation of the task they asked me to complete with 3 or 4 people. Average interview experience overall, but I put a lot of time into the task they asked me to do and then it took them a while to communicate if I got the role or not (I did not)
