Interview
I get a call from a recruiter asking me what I thought would be the usual recruiting/HR questions. However, he just asked me if I wanted to get a new job. I said I am looking. He went on mentioned training for a few weeks before you get the job. He also said after 6 months I'll get a $5k increase, then after a year $10k increase. I told him that would total to be less or equal to what I make now. He spoke fluff for a few minutes, then I noticed he said after 6 months you will get $10k. This contradiction was the first major sign that I may be talking to a terrible company. He finally mentions that there is training involved. I have to train before I get the job. However, he did not mention how this training worked. He just said I will not be paid for it. He said that it would be a few weeks, but they would cover flight over and 1 week hotel (not flight back or rest of the weeks in hotel!). I discontinued the process after this HR interview alone. I did my research afterwards and found out I'm not the only one they tried to scam.

Interview
Was called and asked if I was "looking for a job." No mention of company name. Recruiter was hard to understand and was not able to answer questions about the job. Was told about relocation positions, offered to schedule a phone interview.

Interview
Got a call from HR one day after I dropped my resume. In fact, 3 calls(1st warning sign) in total in a day. The first 2 was made in the midnight of my time so I missed them (clearly they did not look though my profile which was the 2nd warning sign). During the call, someone with extremely thick Indian accent asked if I was willing to relocate but refused to tell where exactly to relocate to (3rd warning sign). Called me by wrong name (4th warning sign). Asked me to talk about my experience without giving any background, although claiming they have my resume (5th warning sign). I asked why they said "to test your communication skill" (EXO ME???). That was when I decided not to proceed with the conversation any further.
Someone in review mentions this company is not a scam. But it surely smells like one. Think twice before sending your resume to them.

I got a call from them offering standard training and placement service. This was my 20th offer so far. So, I knew what to expect. They offered 60K which is the lowest offer found anywhere but said that it will increase to 65K in 3 months and to 70K soon after. However, I was surprised to find out that they make you pay the sponsorship fees which was a complete surprise.
The company is not a scam as it is an E-verify company and they filed a number of Green card requests and H1B visas.
