From the start of the process until the end of the process, it seemed to take too long (over a month). This included phone interviews with several - emails of examples of work experiences - plus a trip to IL to meet with the team (at my expense - my car, my gas). I experienced false hope after so much communication had taken place and feel I was lead to believe how great things looked for my future there.
