TL;DR - they ghosted me! Spoke to me over the phone, asked a lot of questions, said they would be in touch and never replied or updated me on the status of the role.
AdhereTech was looking for help with recruiting and shared they have difficulty retaining talent and winning talent. We had a great conversation and I followed up with some insights and more details of my experience. I even followed up with some tips and action items to attract talent. After this experience, I have a feeling I know why they are struggling for talent.
