I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aditya Infotech (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in Oct 2014

Interview

At the first day first machine test is conducted by the company. If the candidate manages to crack this test he has to go through technical round conducted by director of the company. At the end if he managers to survive above to rounds he will be scheduled for HR where salary negotiation takes place.
