This company was extremely unprofessional, and it was a waste of my time. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with them including a case study. It went all well until the final interview in which I was supposed to meet with the CEO. I was waiting in the zoom room for the meeting to start and the CEO didn't show up. 10 minutes later, the recruiter called me to reschedule the meeting due to some emergency on the CEO side. At the same time, she asked about my expected salary. I felt it was an odd timing for this question. But the recruiter explained it was for their paperwork prep and promised it won't affect my interview process. I have well researched the compensation in healthcare consulting firms, so I gave a range that well fits the industry standard. Since then, the company ghosted on me. No rescheduling. Recruiter didn't reply to emails and didn't take phone calls.
