Initial phone interview was friendly and informative. In person was friendly, met with current employees from site manager to technician, and received your of facility. Great atmosphere, and good impression of company culture.

Technical questions were focused on experience with Nitinol, process development and laser processing. Site lead focused on behavioral questions, why did you become an engineer.
