After applying an AdminaHealth recruiter scheduled a screening call with me. All they did was go through a checklist of questions about my work history, salary expectations, and why I wanted to work there. At the salary question I asked about the range for the role and they refused to share a number but also insisted I had to give a specific target to move ahead. Once they made it through their checklist they tried to end the call without giving me any time for questions of my own so I stopped them and said I would like to know a few things about the company and role. The few questions that I asked they were unwilling or unable to answer. Were I to move ahead they had said that I would need to take an assessment and then would have several rounds of interviews. The job didn't sound appealing at all after the screening so I dropped out from consideration.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AdminaHealth in Feb 2022
Interview
Screening by HR, two code interviews, interview with the CEO. The CEO requested yet another code interview. I refused as we were 31 days into the interview process by this point. He acted like he was doing me a favor.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at AdminaHealth (Greenwich, CT) in Dec 2021
Interview
Stared at the side of a mans face as I responded to his first question which was "whatchu been working on man"
Spent 30 minutes learning how they are revamping their C# shop and he's talking to everyone.
